If you are not completely happy with your new ordered product from our online store, please send it back to us within 15 days for a full refund.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping cost of the returned item(s) is the customer’s responsibility.
- Please send us an email message before returning the items to provide you with the address to which you have to send the returned item(s) to.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies. The original shipping cost when sending the item(s) to the customer will be deducted from the refund value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will not receive refunds if; You did not receive your orders due to factors caused by you or factors beyond Tulip Global Trade control, like:
- Wrong shipping address which you provided to us when ordering
- Not cleared by your local custom
- Natural disaster which led to the delay
